Sweet Spot

My cousin and I decided to grab macarons from Sweet Spot, our hotel's dessert/pastry bar, so we woudn't starve on our way to our next food destination. (As if it were somewhere extremely far. HA-HA!)












She added chocolates to our macarons too! They were goot but it was nothing compared to Godiva.



The macaron flavors we bought that looked really soft and delicious were salted caramel, double dark chocolate, raspberry, earl grey, chocolate coffee, mint choco, & raspberry chocolate.
The unfamiliar flavors, which I was looking forward to trying, sadly was a let down. Everything -except for the raspberry (the pink one on the right)- was dry and crumbly. It also lacked in flavor.


Actually, we bought these macarons because my cousin thought them would still be as chewy and flavorful as when she first tried them earlier that year. A problem of consistency, perhaps?
